WELCOME MEMBERS
Make the first few minutes feel easy.
Introduce your community, give newcomers a sensible starting role, and make the path from joining to accepting your rules clear.
Guildryx Core
AVAILABLE
A consistent introduction helps members find their place while giving staff a single place to maintain the essentials.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
A welcome that sounds like you
Choose simple text, a branded embed, or a graphical card with the member’s avatar. Personalize your message, title, colour, and footer, upload a custom card background, preview the result, and send a real test without notifying anyone.
Safe starter roles
Assign up to five suitable member roles to new arrivals. Core checks permissions and role hierarchy and waits for Discord membership screening; it does not automatically hand out administrative or moderation roles.
Rules acceptance with a clear next step
Publish a rules panel with an acceptance button. Members receive your selected verified role after acknowledging the rules, with an optional starter role removed only after the new role has been granted.
One workspace for each server
Keep welcome text, channels, and roles separate for every community. Review recent onboarding activity, refresh access information, and pause future actions without stripping roles from existing members.
Self-service role panels
Build a branded embed with a live preview and a clear emoji-to-role guide. Publish up to five panels using buttons, dropdowns, or emoji reactions, with custom labels, descriptions, accent colours, and footers. Buttons and dropdowns support selection limits and exclusive groups. Reaction roles follow members adding or removing emojis. Optionally require rules acceptance and update a published panel in place. See role colours while configuring same-name roles. Use standard Unicode, static custom or animated Discord emojis, with a server-emoji selector and emoji previews.
A guided setup checklist
Review member-event availability, channels, safe roles, and published panels from Core’s overview. Each optional module can remain off until you are ready.
Thoughtful goodbye messages
Give departures the same care as arrivals: choose text, an embed or a graphical card with a member avatar, custom background, title, colour and footer. Preview and send a saved-settings test. Departure messages never notify anyone.
Suggestions and community votes
Invite ideas through a Discord form, detect exact duplicates, and let members support or oppose an idea with one changeable vote. Staff publish a decision and response from the dashboard.
Community events and reminders
Follow a guided setup for Discord scheduled events, inspect start and end times, locations, descriptions and Interested counts, and save a reminder 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or one day before the start. Optionally notify one opt-in role. Publish and update a separate directory of up to ten public upcoming events. Cancelled, private and past events are excluded from public delivery.
BEFORE YOU START
Open Core and choose a server inside the app. Review the setup checklist and channel access.
Give your team context. Give members a place to ask.
Keep staff warning records organized and help requests out of public chat. Guard handles moderation history; Desk gives each request a private conversation.
Guildryx Guard
AVAILABLE
A private record helps moderators avoid repeated explanations and make better-informed decisions without publicly calling out a member.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
Private staff warnings
Record a member warning with a reason using /guard-warn. The command creates a staff record; it does not kick or ban the member or send them a direct message.
History for the selected member
Use /guard-warnings to review recent warnings within the same server. Each record includes the member, acting moderator, reason, and timestamp so staff have useful context.
Permission-aware moderation
Guard checks the caller’s live moderation permissions and the relevant role hierarchy. Selecting a staff role in settings does not silently give that role new moderation authority.
BEFORE YOU START
Install Guard separately and select its workspace for the intended server.
A dedicated conversation makes the request easier to follow and keeps useful context available after it is closed.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
Private support channels
A member can use /desk-open to create a ticket with access for the requester and the configured support role. Desk applies explicit private channel permissions; Discord administrators can still access the channel.
One active ticket per member
Desk checks for an existing open ticket rather than creating repeated channels for the same requester. This keeps the first support workflow manageable for staff.
Closure without losing the conversation
Use /desk-close to make the requester’s closed ticket read-only and retain its messages in Discord. Closing is not a destructive delete or an exported transcript.
BEFORE YOU START
Install Desk and review the permissions required for private ticket channels.
Recognize participation, offer virtual daily rewards, and add a little play. Choose the experience that fits your community instead of turning every conversation into a points race.
Guildryx Rank
AVAILABLE
Members can check their personal progress, while owners keep channels that should not count outside the XP system.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
Message XP with an earning cooldown
Eligible messages earn 10 XP at most once per minute. Bots, webhooks, system messages, and excluded channels do not earn XP; the cooldown limits rapid message farming.
A personal progress check
Use /rank to see your server-specific progression. XP belongs to the selected Discord community, rather than a network-wide score shared across unrelated servers.
Channel exclusions and private collection
Owners can choose channels that do not count toward XP. Rank observes eligible message events without requiring Message Content Intent or saving the text of the messages.
A simple daily routine gives members a reason to return, with balances and reward rules kept inside their own server.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
Your server’s virtual currency
Choose a currency name in the dashboard and keep balances separate for each server. These are virtual community points, with no cash value or redemption into money.
A predictable daily reward
Set the daily reward amount, then let members claim with /economy-daily once every 24 hours. Balance updates and claim timestamps are applied together to prevent duplicate claims.
A clear balance check
Use /economy-balance to see the recorded balance for this server. Members do not need to connect a bank account or pay to start using the released features.
BEFORE YOU START
Install Economy and select its workspace for the intended server.
A quick optional challenge gives members something to do without filling every channel with game commands or public score messages.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
A quick timed challenge
Use /arcade-trivia for a private arithmetic question with answer buttons and a two-minute expiry. The current command name does not mean a general-knowledge trivia catalog is already included.
Answers that belong to the player
Each challenge is bound to the member who started it. Another member cannot submit the answer on their behalf, and an expired or already answered button cannot score again.
A dedicated game space
Choose the permitted game channel and enable Arcade deliberately for each server. Challenges and aggregate scores remain scoped to that community.
Publish a deliberate announcement when something changes, or schedule a recurring reminder. Beacon and Flow cover different publishing needs with channels and settings you choose.
Guildryx Beacon
AVAILABLE
A consistent announcement channel makes updates easier to find and gives members fewer reasons to miss what matters.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
A chosen announcement destination
Save the server’s announcement channel in Beacon’s workspace. Publishing uses this destination rather than letting an arbitrary command choose any channel.
Manager-written updates
Use /beacon-publish to send an announcement after reviewing its text. The current feature is an explicit publishing action, not an automatic content feed.
Quiet, permission-aware delivery
Beacon checks channel visibility and sending access. The current publisher does not issue mass mentions, helping managers share information without unnecessary notifications.
BEFORE YOU START
Install Beacon and choose its workspace for your server.
A saved schedule removes a recurring manual task while making its timing and last attempt visible to the people managing it.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
Repeating announcements
Choose a channel, write an announcement, and set an interval of at least 60 minutes. Enabling and saving authorizes the schedule; the first post waits one full interval.
Timing that survives reconnects
Flow keeps due times across reconnects and avoids dumping missed announcements into a channel in a catch-up burst. Uncertain sends are not blindly replayed.
A schedule you can check
Use /flow-status to review the saved schedule and last-attempt status. Pause future work by disabling Flow and saving the selected server’s configuration.
BEFORE YOU START
Install Flow and choose a channel it can view and write to.
Check observed community growth with Pulse and save Guildryx settings snapshots with Vault. Check the counts actually observed and keep a reference copy of the settings your team uses.
Guildryx Pulse
AVAILABLE
Honest collection boundaries help you distinguish a current server count from observed change, rather than treating missing data as a real zero.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
The current Discord member count
Use /pulse-community to see the server’s current member count from Discord. This is a present count, not a reconstructed timeline of every person who joined.
Observed joins and departures
Collect aggregate member events while Pulse is enabled and the required Discord member events are available. Counts reflect what the bot observed during that collection period.
An explicit start to collection
Owners choose whether Pulse runs. The workspace explains missing member-event access, and Pulse does not fabricate analytics for periods before activation or while collection was unavailable.
A saved reference helps staff review the Guildryx settings that were configured at the time of capture.
MAJOR FEATURES AVAILABLE TODAY
A snapshot of Guildryx settings
Use /vault-snapshot to capture the selected server’s Guildryx configuration. The snapshot contains settings, not bot tokens, environment secrets, or a copy of all Discord content.
A recent snapshot list
Use /vault-snapshots to review recent saved references. The current release keeps up to ten configuration snapshots for each server.
Manager-only, server-specific access
Snapshot commands require server management access. A snapshot from one server cannot be used to view another community’s settings.
BEFORE YOU START
Install Vault and choose its workspace for the intended server.
Save a DJ role and request channel independently for each server. Music is a configuration workspace; audio playback and queue controls are unavailable.
Guildryx Music
SETTINGS ONLY
Keep DJ role and request-channel preferences organized for each server, with an explicit view of what is supported.
WHAT YOU CAN PREPARE TODAY
Prepare the workspace
Save a DJ role and request channel in Music’s dedicated settings page. These preferences remain separate for each Discord server.
Understand connection and feature scope
The dashboard distinguishes the bot’s connection from its feature availability. A connected Music bot does not mean it can join voice channels or play audio.
No background audio activity
Saving preferences does not join a voice channel, fetch media or start audio. The workspace clearly explains its configuration-only scope.
These starter combinations give each app a useful role. Each has its own installation and settings; adding them together does not turn on an automatic integration.
A welcoming, well-supported server
Start with Core for arrivals, Guard for staff warning history, and Desk for private help requests.
