Terms built for the service you are actually using.

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and BiOs Play, the operator of GuildRyx (“GuildRyx,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They govern the GuildRyx public site, dashboard, Discord applications, APIs, support channels and related services (together, the “Service”).

You accept these Terms when you visit an authenticated GuildRyx area, authorize or install a GuildRyx application, configure a module, or otherwise use the Service. A server owner or administrator who enables a module also accepts these Terms for the community they are authorized to manage.

2. Eligibility and authority

• You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country—at least 13—and be legally able to accept these Terms.
• If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, that person must review and agree to these Terms.
• To install or configure GuildRyx for a Discord server, you must have the server authority and Discord permissions required for that action.
• If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. “You” then includes both you and that organization.

GuildRyx is not directed to anyone below Discord's permitted age. We may refuse or remove access when we reasonably believe an eligibility or authority requirement is not met.

3. The GuildRyx service

GuildRyx is designed as a connected collection of Discord tools for community management, security, support, notifications, progression, entertainment, automation, analytics and configuration recovery. Modules may be added, changed, paused or retired as the Service evolves.

We calculate or document requested permissions according to each application's function. You decide whether to authorize those permissions and may remove an application through Discord. Removing a bot can stop future processing, but it does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, dispute resolution, configured transcripts, backups or law. The Privacy Policy explains deletion requests.

4. Discord and third-party services

GuildRyx is an independent BiOs Play project. It is not Discord, is not endorsed by Discord, and does not control Discord's platform. “Discord” and related marks belong to Discord Inc.

Your use must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and, where relevant, its Developer Policy. Discord, feed providers, music or media sources, webhook destinations and other enabled integrations have their own terms and privacy practices.

Third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, permission changes or enforcement decisions may limit GuildRyx. We are not responsible for a third party's service, content or independent decision, but we will not knowingly use an integration to bypass its safeguards.

5. Accounts, authorization and permissions

• GuildRyx uses Discord authorization and may use the existing BiOs Play session; it never asks for your Discord password or user token.
• You are responsible for the security of your Discord and BiOs Play accounts, authorized devices and administrative sessions.
• Review every requested permission before approval and keep role hierarchy, channel access and staff permissions appropriate for your community.
• Do not share bot tokens, application secrets, session cookies, recovery codes or other credentials with GuildRyx support or anyone else.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, an incorrect installation or a compromised integration.

We may require re-authorization after a material permission change. We will not intentionally initiate a process on a user's or server's behalf without a clearly presented authorization or an administrator-configured rule.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use, assist or configure GuildRyx to:

• break any law, court order, intellectual-property right, privacy right or contractual restriction;
• harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or expose personal information about another person;
• create spam, unsolicited direct messages, deceptive engagement, raids, fake members or artificial activity;
• distribute malware, phishing pages, stolen credentials, destructive payloads or instructions intended to compromise systems;
• bypass Discord privacy, safety, age, rate-limit, access-control or enforcement mechanisms;
• scrape, sell, license, profile or commercially exploit Discord API data, or use message content to train an AI model;
• impersonate GuildRyx, BiOs Play, Discord, another application or another person;
• run illegal gambling, make virtual currency redeemable for cash, or use GuildRyx to decide eligibility for employment, housing, insurance, credit or similar benefits;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except through lawful, authorized security testing; or
• evade a suspension, platform enforcement action or safety control.

Report suspected misuse through GuildRyx support. We may preserve relevant evidence, limit the affected feature and cooperate with Discord or lawful authorities where appropriate.

7. Server-owner and administrator responsibilities

Owners and administrators remain responsible for how GuildRyx is configured in their communities. You must:

• use the minimum permissions reasonably needed and periodically review staff access, role hierarchy and connected applications;
• provide members with required notices and obtain any consent required for logs, transcripts, analytics, recordings or connected services;
• set lawful, understandable community rules and provide a human route to question or appeal moderation decisions;
• avoid placing sensitive personal, financial, health or identity information in forms, tickets, automation variables or bot commands;
• test automations and destructive actions in a safe channel before broad deployment;
• honor member requests you are responsible for and forward GuildRyx-specific privacy requests to us; and
• keep independent copies of information that is operationally important to the community.

GuildRyx provides tools; it does not replace the server owner's judgment, Discord's controls or professional legal, safety, financial or security advice.

9. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content and configuration you are entitled to submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, format and process that material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support and improve the Service. This license ends when the material is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups and records needed to resolve abuse or disputes.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, templates, feeds, media, attachments and webhooks. GuildRyx software, design, documentation, branding and original assets remain owned by BiOs Play or their respective licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy our brand, source code or proprietary assets beyond normal use of the Service.

10. Free service and optional donations

GuildRyx is presently offered without functional paid tiers. Optional support is intended to help with hosting, maintenance and development and does not buy moderation influence, guaranteed uptime, priority enforcement or extra bot capability.

A donation is not available until an approved checkout provider and clear checkout terms are published. If donations launch, the provider's terms, payment disclosures and any applicable refund rules will be shown before payment. GuildRyx does not ask you to send payment credentials through Discord messages or support tickets.

“Free forever” expresses the project's no-paywall design commitment, not a guarantee that every feature or the Service itself will exist forever. We may impose fair technical or abuse-prevention limits that apply without regard to donation status.

11. Suspension, removal and termination

You may stop using GuildRyx and remove its applications through Discord at any time. We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law or Discord requirements, address a security risk, or enforce these Terms.

Where practical and safe, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Immediate action may be necessary for compromised credentials, active attacks, illegal content or platform enforcement. Sections concerning content rights, retained records, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.

12. Availability, changes and disclaimers

GuildRyx is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it safe and useful, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, permanent data storage, compatibility with every Discord change, or recovery from every incident. Status labels, previews and estimates are informational and are not a service-level agreement unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy or consumer protection that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

13. Responsibility and limitation of liability

You are responsible for your server rules, staff decisions, submitted content, integrations and configuration. We are responsible for operating GuildRyx with reasonable care within the limits described in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, when that loss was not a reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, including to fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek a remedy required by applicable consumer or data-protection law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan may hear disputes unless applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@biosplay.fun with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you seek. This informal step does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a deadline-sensitive legal remedy.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, legal or operational changes. The page will show a new “last updated” date. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the site, dashboard, Discord or another appropriate channel before the change takes effect when practicable.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material revision, stop using GuildRyx and remove its applications. Questions, reports and legal notices can be sent to support@biosplay.fun or through GuildRyx support.
