New members should know where they are, what your community stands for, and how to get involved. Core brings personal welcomes, member roles, rules acceptance, community ideas, and event reminders into one guided workspace.
For community owners who want a clear first experience for gaming groups, creator communities, study servers, and growing teams.
A consistent introduction helps members find their place while giving staff a single place to maintain the essentials.

AVAILABLE FEATURES
What Core does today.
These are the features you can configure and use in the current release. Installation and the required Discord access are still needed.
01 / CURRENT RELEASE
A welcome that sounds like you
Choose simple text, a branded embed, or a graphical card with the member’s avatar. Personalize your message, title, colour, and footer, upload a custom card background, preview the result, and send a real test without notifying anyone.
02 / CURRENT RELEASE
Safe starter roles
Assign up to five suitable member roles to new arrivals. Core checks permissions and role hierarchy and waits for Discord membership screening; it does not automatically hand out administrative or moderation roles.
03 / CURRENT RELEASE
Rules acceptance with a clear next step
Publish a rules panel with an acceptance button. Members receive your selected verified role after acknowledging the rules, with an optional starter role removed only after the new role has been granted.
04 / CURRENT RELEASE
One workspace for each server
Keep welcome text, channels, and roles separate for every community. Review recent onboarding activity, refresh access information, and pause future actions without stripping roles from existing members.
05 / CURRENT RELEASE
Self-service role panels
Build a branded embed with a live preview and a clear emoji-to-role guide. Publish up to five panels using buttons, dropdowns, or emoji reactions, with custom labels, descriptions, accent colours, and footers. Buttons and dropdowns support selection limits and exclusive groups. Reaction roles follow members adding or removing emojis. Optionally require rules acceptance and update a published panel in place. See role colours while configuring same-name roles. Use standard Unicode, static custom or animated Discord emojis, with a server-emoji selector and emoji previews.
06 / CURRENT RELEASE
A guided setup checklist
Review member-event availability, channels, safe roles, and published panels from Core’s overview. Each optional module can remain off until you are ready.
07 / CURRENT RELEASE
Thoughtful goodbye messages
Give departures the same care as arrivals: choose text, an embed or a graphical card with a member avatar, custom background, title, colour and footer. Preview and send a saved-settings test. Departure messages never notify anyone.
08 / CURRENT RELEASE
Suggestions and community votes
Invite ideas through a Discord form, detect exact duplicates, and let members support or oppose an idea with one changeable vote. Staff publish a decision and response from the dashboard.
09 / CURRENT RELEASE
Community events and reminders
Follow a guided setup for Discord scheduled events, inspect start and end times, locations, descriptions and Interested counts, and save a reminder 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or one day before the start. Optionally notify one opt-in role. Publish and update a separate directory of up to ten public upcoming events. Cancelled, private and past events are excluded from public delivery.
A clear view of this release
Each Core feature has its own switch and saved configuration. Create events in Discord; Core provides their directory and reminders. Configure channel access for unverified and verified members in Discord yourself. Core does not lock channels, provide CAPTCHA verification, or automatically moderate members.
AN EVERYDAY EXAMPLE
A new member joins your gaming community
Here is how the current feature fits into a real community workflow.
They complete any Discord membership screening and receive your welcome in the chosen channel.
02
Core assigns the safe starter roles you configured for new arrivals.
03
They read your rules, press the acceptance button, and receive the verified role you selected.
YOUR SERVER. YOUR CHOICE.
Clear access, honest boundaries.
Good tools should explain what they need, what they store, and what they leave under your control.
Discord access
Core needs access to the chosen channels and Manage Roles for onboarding roles. Your Discord permissions and Core’s role position are checked before changes; the public invite does not request Administrator.
Data and retention
Core stores server-specific settings, panel references, recent activity, submitted suggestions, votes, staff decisions, and event reminder delivery claims. The rules panel records the configured workflow; accepting rules is not a CAPTCHA, identity verification, or proof that someone is safe.
Always your decision
Each app has its own Discord installation consent and server-specific settings. Available features stay free. Installing an app does not authorize every module; enable only the features you want and save deliberately.
Open Core and choose a server inside the app. Review the setup checklist and channel access.
2
Configure the features you want: welcomes, starter roles, rules acceptance, role panels, goodbyes, suggestions and events. Leave unused features off.
3
Save each feature. Use saved-settings tests for welcome and goodbye messages and publish interactive panels separately. Read the Core guide for role and channel permissions.
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Straight answers before you add it.
The important details, without hidden assumptions about what is ready.
Does Core welcome every existing member again?
No. Welcome and starter-role actions apply to new human arrivals after any membership screening. Saving a setup does not replay onboarding for the server’s existing members.
Can I pause one feature without stopping the others?
Yes. Each feature has its own enable switch. Turn it off and save to stop its future actions. Other enabled features continue. Existing Discord messages, member roles and stored records are retained.
Can I use different settings in different servers?
Yes. Every server has its own configuration. Choosing another server does not copy welcome text, channels, or roles into it.
Does publishing the event directory start reminders?
Reminders start from the enabled, saved event settings. The directory is optional and is manually updated after Discord event changes; publishing it sends no notification.
A FOCUSED TOOLKIT
Works alongside your other community tools.
Choose only the apps your community needs. Related apps have separate setup and permissions; an automatic connection between them is not enabled by installing both.
