A ready workspace for Flow.
Sign in as the server owner or with Manage Server permission. Open Flow, choose the correct server inside the app, and check its connection. Each app needs its own Discord installation consent.

Configure the required channels, roles, and access before enabling and saving. Saving applies to this app in the selected server.
Create a recurring announcement
- Install Flow and choose Announcement channel in its workspace. Allow Flow to view and send there.
- Write Scheduled message with up to 1,500 characters. Set Repeat every (minutes) between 60 and 10,080: one hour to seven days.
- Review the text, interval, and channel, then enable Flow and save. Saving an enabled schedule authorizes future automatic posts.
- The first post waits a full saved interval. It is not an immediate send or a calendar-based time-of-day scheduler.
Monitor the schedule
- As the owner or a member with Manage Server, use /flow-status in the server to check its current schedule.
- Check the saved Discord channel to confirm delivery. Posts suppress mentions and do not send mass notifications.
- If the channel or message needs changing, update the Flow workspace and save deliberately. Review the schedule again afterward.
Pause or recover safely
- Turn Flow off and save to stop future scheduled posts. Messages already posted remain in Discord.
- Missed intervals are not replayed as a burst after downtime. An uncertain delivery is not blindly retried.
- The current app schedules one recurring text message per server. A visual workflow builder, cross-app triggers and calendar scheduling are unavailable.
Commands & controls
Use these controls for the current release inside the relevant Discord server. Discord’s command picker supplies required options; app-specific permissions still apply.
/flow-statusReview the saved schedule and most recent attempt status.
What this app needs and keeps
Discord access
Managers authorize the selected channel and message when enabling the schedule. A Flow configuration cannot grant permissions that the bot or the manager does not have.
Stored information
The current release stores schedule settings, due timing, and attempt status. It does not execute arbitrary code or store an unrestricted archive of server activity.
Flow provides one saved recurring-message schedule per server. It does not provide a visual workflow builder, arbitrary triggers or cross-app automation.
Troubleshooting
Nothing posted immediately after saving
That is expected. The first delivery waits a full interval. Check /flow-status and ensure Flow is enabled.
A scheduled delivery failed
Check the saved channel and Flow’s View Channel and Send Messages permissions. Review the channel for an uncertain delivery before posting again manually.
I cannot select an interval below one hour
The minimum repeat interval is 60 minutes. This protects a shared community channel from excessive automated posts.
Still stuck? Check Service Status, then contact private support with the app, server ID, and the error. Never send a password, bot token, or backup code.
