Getting started

Connect your Discord account, choose the right server, and install only the apps your community needs.

STEP 01

Sign in and open an app

  1. Open the Guildryx dashboard and sign in with the Discord account you use to manage the community.
  2. Open the application you need from the sidebar. Each app lists your servers; choose a server you own or where you have Manage Server permission inside that app. Access is checked again before reading or saving settings.
  3. If a server is missing, verify the account and Discord permissions, then reconnect when prompted. You do not need to share any password or token.
STEP 02

Install the app you want

  1. Inside the chosen app’s dashboard, find your server. Use Add to server if that app is not installed.
  2. Review that app’s Discord permission screen and confirm the correct server. Every bot has separate installation consent; adding Core does not install the whole suite.
  3. Return to the workspace and check its connection. An online connection alone does not enable features; Music supports saved preferences only; audio playback is unavailable.
STEP 03

Configure before enabling

  1. Open the app’s own guide for the exact channel, role, and command requirements.
  2. Configure the selected app, review the server name, enable only the released features you want, and save deliberately.
  3. Required channel access and role ordering must also be configured in Discord. Public bot invites do not request Administrator.
  4. Use the documented test or command and review its result. Do not test by granting privileged roles to ordinary members.
STEP 04

Save, pause, or remove

  1. Each app and each server has separate settings. Saving one app does not overwrite another app’s setup.
  2. Use Reload to refresh settings and access; review any unsaved-change prompt. If settings changed elsewhere, reload before trying the save again.
  3. Turn an app off and save to pause future actions. Core uses separate switches for individual features. Pausing does not undo posted messages or already assigned roles.
  4. To remove a bot, use Discord’s server integration or member controls. Sign out from the dashboard account card. Ask through private support for a data-access or deletion request.

Troubleshooting

My server is missing

Check you signed in with the right Discord account and still own the server or have Manage Server. Reconnect if Guildryx asks for renewed access.

A bot is installed but reconnecting

Verify it is still in the server, check Service Status, and refresh the connection once. Contact support if the problem persists.

A command is unavailable

Install the corresponding app, review Discord integration command permissions, and follow that app’s guide. Only commands listed in the app’s current guide are supported.

Still stuck? Check Service Status, then contact private support with the app, server ID, and the error. Never send a password, bot token, or backup code.
